Definitions & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between all users of the pk like website and services ("Members") and the operator of pklike.ws ("pk like", "we", "us").

Pk like is an online betting platform built exclusively for Bangladeshi members. We offer Sports Betting on cricket, football, Live Casino games, jackpots, and much more.

Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on pk like. Failure to meet any one of them will result in the registration being considered void.

2.1 Age & Eligibility

• Registrants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Accounts must be registered under your own name and personal details — opening an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.
• Each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• If a member registers with false information, pk like may close the account and forfeit the balance at any time.
• If any of your details change, update your account immediately or notify support.

2.3 KYC Verification

Pk like may require identity verification (KYC) in certain circumstances. This may involve submitting a photo of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

Betting Rules

Betting rules on pk like apply equally to all members and must be followed without exception.

3.1 Bet Submission

• Once a bet has been submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, pk like reserves the right to void bets under certain circumstances.
• Pk like reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Bets submitted in live betting cannot be changed once placed.

3.2 Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match or event is cancelled before it begins, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned midway, the outcome will be determined in accordance with pk like's own rules.
• In any dispute regarding results, pk like's decision is final.

3.3 Maximum Bet Limit

Pk like sets maximum bet limits for each event and market. These limits may vary depending on a member's account level and the type of event.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All rules governing financial transactions on pk like are set out in this section. Please read them carefully before making any transaction.

4.1 Deposit

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• The minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad is ৳100, with a maximum of ৳50,000 per transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Withdrawals are only permitted to verified payment methods and must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. A maximum of 3 withdrawals per day is allowed.
• Any portion of a bonus that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Pk like may take up to 24 hours to process a withdrawal. Additional verification may be required for large amounts.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pk like's bonuses and promotional offers are a benefit available to members. However, specific terms must be followed when using them.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• A minimum 5x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once and must be used within 30 days.

5.2 Voucher Code

• Each voucher code can only be used once per account.
• Expired codes will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Bonuses received through vouchers may have their own wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If pk like determines that a member is abusing bonuses — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or bonus farming — pk like reserves the right to cancel that member's bonuses and close their account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk like. Violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of any balance.

• Operating multiple accounts belonging to a single individual.
• Registering or transacting using another person's personal information or payment method.
• Use of bots, automated software, or any hacking methods.
• Any attempt to manipulate odds or interfere with the gaming system.
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or legitimising illegal funds.
• Fraudulent behaviour towards or threats made against other members.
• Abusive or inappropriate behaviour toward the pk like support team.

Responsible Gaming

Pk like believes betting is for entertainment — it should never become a source of financial stress or mental strain. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

7.1 Member Rights

• Setting betting limits on your own account at any time.
• Activating Self-Exclusion for a set period of time.
• Requesting a temporary or permanent closure of an account.

7.2 pk like's Responsibilities

• Strict age verification measures are in place to prevent anyone under 18 from registering.
• Alerting members if problematic gaming behaviour is identified.
• Directing members to professional resources for support.

Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Pk like reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

8.1 Closure by pk like

• Violation of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• After an extended period of inactivity (12 months).

8.2 Closure by Member

Any member may close their account at any time by contacting support. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining verified balance.

• Information collected at registration is used solely for service delivery and verification purposes.
• Member information is never shared with third parties except where required by law.

• Members may contact support to view, correct, or delete their personal information.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with pk like, please follow the process outlined below.

10.1 Initial Complaint

Contact our support team first — most issues are resolved at this stage. An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of the complaint being submitted.

10.2 Disputes Regarding Results

Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet must be reported to support within 72 hours. pk like will review the matter and issue a decision — which shall be final.

10.3 Payment Dispute

For payment disputes, contact support with the transaction date, amount, and reference number. Keep proof of transactions for your records.

Changes to Terms & Effective Date

Pk like reserves the right to change, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Members will be notified by email or SMS in the event of significant changes.
• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of your account after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.

By using pk like, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these complete Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between pk like and the member.
